RECORD MANAGEMENT OFFICER (RMO)
Need a Record Management Officer to run and maintain their records. We will need candidates from Library Studies/Record Management background. Major Responsibility Area:
- Run and Maintain centralised Records management registry
- Assist Business Unit using Record Management storage facilities in managing their records effectively and efficiently
- Conducting Vendor Due Diligience and maintain and update vendor database
- Register and filing contract agreement with third party/vendor, scanning for easy access and maintain/updating the contract monitoring list
- Undertake such other duties as my be assigned from time to time
