Need a Record Management Officer to run and maintain their records.
We will need candidates from Library Studies/Record Management background.
Major Responsibility Area:
  1. Run and Maintain centralised Records management registry
  2. Assist Business Unit using Record Management storage facilities in managing their records effectively and efficiently
  3. Conducting Vendor Due Diligience and maintain and update vendor database
  4. Register and filing contract agreement with third party/vendor, scanning for easy access and maintain/updating the contract monitoring list
  5. Undertake such other duties as my be assigned from time to time
